What is Forgetting?

Forgetting is the brains process of getting rid of useless data. Without forgetting our brains would be filled with useless information, memories, and more. Although forgetting is a normal process for the brain, it’s also possible for memory loss to happen unnaturally. Like bumping you’re head too hard, or being in a tragic accident.
